摘要
本文研究了分步浸油和萃取棉酚的工业化生产工艺 ,解决了生产过程中遇到的设备和工艺问题。采用该工艺生产的脱酚棉籽蛋白中游离棉酚含量小于 0 .0 4 5 %、残油小于 1.5 %、蛋白含量大于 5 0 %。
This article studied the technology of extracting oil and gossypol from cottonseed. The new equipments were designed in this process, and an advanced technology was described in the paper. The product of cottonseed protein is of the follow specifications: free gossypol≤0.045%, residual oil≤1.5%, protein≥50%.
