摘要
目的 了解潍坊市儿童少年伤害发生现状,探讨伤害发生的危险因素,以降低青少年伤害发生率。方法 采用问卷调查表调查,用非条件Logistic回归分析方法,筛选儿童少年意外伤害的危险因素。结果 儿童伤害发生率为6.87％、8～15岁儿童随年龄增长伤害率有增高趋势。影响儿童意外伤害发生率的危险因素是年龄、性别、居住环境、离校距离、业余活动方式、父母之间的关系、安全教育等。结论 潍坊市儿童少年意外伤害现状不容忽视,应针对儿童的特点采取综合措施。
Objective To understand the prevalence of injuries to explore the risk factors for the occurrence of injuries among Weifang children and adolescents.Methods A questionnaire was used to data collection, non-conditional logistic regression was used to screen risk factors for unintentional injuries occurred among children and adolescents. Results The occurrence of injuries was 6.87% among subjects surveyed. There was a trend toward increased occurrence of injuries with increasing age among 8 - 15 - year children. The factors related to injuries were age, sex, residential environments, distance between school and home, extracurricular activity, relation of parents and safe education. Conclusions Comprehensive measures targeting individuals at risk should be taken to prevent childhood injuries.
