成教与普通大学生心理健康状况比较

A Comparison of Mental Health between Adult Students and Regular College Students

目的 探讨成教与普通大学生心理健康的差异及影响因素,为高校心理健康教育及管理工作提供科学依据。方法 采用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90),生活事件量表(LES)、卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、应付方式问卷(CSO)进行评定和统计分析。结果 普通大学生与成教大学生比较,SCL-90得分除恐怖因子外其余各项均存在显著差异,新生之间的差异尤为显著,LES各项得分均存在显著差异;16PF部分项目得分存在显著差异;SSRS部分项目得分存在显著差异;CSQ各项得分均无显著差异。结论 普通大学生心理健康水平低于成教大学生,其原因与生活事件、人格因素、社会支持有关。

Objective To explore the differences in mental health status between college students in adult education system and regular education system and related factors, and to offer some scientific evidences for college student mental health education and administration.Methods Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), life Event Scale (LES), Cattell's 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF), Social Skills Rating Scale (SSRS), Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ) were used to data evaluation and data analysis. Results Regular students scored higher than adult students on all SCL - 90 sub - scales with the exception of sub - scale phobia, the differences were greater in the scores on SCL - 90 for freshmen. The differences in the scores on all items of LFS were greatly significant between adult students and regular students. The scores in parts of 16PF items and in parts of SSRS items were greatly different between two groups. There were significant differences in the scores of all items in CSQ between two groups. Conclusions Mental health status of regular students is poorer than that of adult students, it is attributed to their differences in life events, personality Factors and social skills.
