摘要
在对空心圆锥体外侧表面带凸耳的7A04铝合金零件超塑性成形结构工艺性分析的基础上,进行模具设计和超塑性成形试验。结果表明:该零件在超塑性成形过程中,金属将同时向凸耳和空心圆锥体模腔内流动充型,导致变形阻力增大而无法成形;必须分两步进行超塑成形:先成形空心圆锥体,再成形凸耳。与原机加工工艺相比,超塑性成形该零件的工艺简单,节省材料60%以上。
Superplastic forming of the empty cone part with 8 surface protuberances made of 7A04 aluminium alloy has been tested after analysis of its structure process. The results show that aluminium alloy moves to the empty cone and surface protuberances at the same time in the forming, this brings on the distortion resistance accretion and the empty cone is not formed. Its superplastic forming perform at two steps:first is shaped the empty cone, second is surface protuberances. This part by superplastic forming process if simpler and saving material over 60% than by machining process.
