摘要
本文认为,供应链流程变革是一个系统工程,需要有详细的战略规划,严格的过程管理以及一套综合的理论体系进行指导。科学技术的发展是供应链流程变革的最根本原因,它通过影响供应链流程中活动与活动间的关系,进而影响生产力和生产关系,最终导致供应链流程的变革。供应链流程变革实质是变革供应链流程中的物流、资金流和信息流,以提高供应链流程运作的质量和效率,更好地满足客户的需求。供应链企业进行流程变革之前,必须首先确认价值链,而后进行战略规划,以指导供应链流程的文化变革、组织变革和管理变革。
Supply chain process change is a kind of system engineering;it needs detailed strategy planning,strict course management and a kind of synthesized theoretical system to guide.Generally it needs the confirming of the value chain,the strat egy planning,the cultures change,the organization change,the supply chain mana gement change,the management change,quality control change,production schedule change,the salary system change and other related changes.This paper emphatica lly discusses the supply chain process change from the confirming of the value c hain,the strategy planning,the cultures change,the organization change and the supply chain management change.
