摘要
通过N+注入对聚唾液酸生产菌株研究发现:突变株JYL-11比出发菌株提高了300ug/mL, 且遗传稳定性良好。对JYL-11进行15L自动发酵罐的分批发酵放大实验表明:突变株的聚 唾液酸产量达到3100ug/mL,比化学诱变前的出发菌株高了1850ug/mL,提高幅度为148%。
Effects of strains of Escherichia coli implanted with N+ was investigated. The polysialic acid produced by the mutant JYL - 11 in shaking flask was 300μg/mL higher than the starting strain. The productive capability of mutant was stable. The polysialic acid yield of the mutant JYL - 11 in 15L full automatic control bioreactor reach 3100μg/mL. It was 1850μg/mL higher than the starting strain without chemical deals.
