摘要
高炉瓦斯泥中含有大量的铁、碳,是很好的炼铁原料。但由于高炉瓦斯泥含锌率较高,直接回用会降低高炉的使用寿命,因此必须先进行脱锌处理。通过实验并结合理论分析说明高炉瓦斯泥颗粒的含锌率与其粒度有关,微细颗粒含锌率较高,粗大颗粒含锌率很低;介绍高炉瓦斯泥旋流脱锌技术与典型流程;通过实验说明宝钢高炉瓦斯泥旋流脱锌结果及带来的经济、环保效益,进一步分析我国发展该方法回收高炉瓦斯泥的可行性。
The BF sludge, containing iron and carbon, is valuable and necessary to be recovered. However, the impurities and the high stickiness cause it is difficulties to reuse the sludge directly. The zinc contained in the sludge must be removed before the sludge can be effectively utilized. In the paper, through experiment and theoretical analysis, the relationship of the percentage composition of zinc and its particle size is presented. The results show that tiny grain contains more zinc while the large one contains less. The recovery technology and standard flow of the BF sludge with hydrocyclone are introduced. The feasibility to deal with the domestic BF sludge with this method is investigated. It is believed that it will bring us marked economic and environmental benefits.
