摘要
结合Z-9机后摇臂模锻件等温成型生产工艺,利用Gleeble-1500型热模拟实验机和XJG-05型金相显微镜对2618铝合金模锻件的显微组织进行分析,研究了变形温度、变形程度、应变速率对晶粒尺寸的影响,确定了合理的工艺参数,解决了目前实际生产中存在的粗晶问题。
This paper highlights a quantitative analysis of microstructure of model forging of 2618 aluminum alloy, depending on thermal simulation experiment on the Gleeble-1500 machine and XJG-05 metallographic analysis and combined with isothermal forming production techniques of Z-9 plane back rocker model forging. This paper discusses the influence of deformation temperature, deformation rate and deformation degree on grain size, provides the reasonable techniques parameters and presents solution to the coarse-grained problem arising from the practical production.
