摘要
基于计算机视觉技术,介绍了由一个通用的十字线激光器和一个CCD相机组成的视觉测量系统及其标定方法,辅以被测点的共面性约束,建立了系统的测量数学模型,并用其对一个复杂的多直径零件进行了测量实验,只需一幅图像,就可以同时测量出零件的多个直径。该方法不需要精密的夹具对零件进行严格定位,方便、快捷、实用,激光器也不需专门定做。
Based on computer vision, the paper highlights an introduction of a vision inspection system consisting of a usual cross laser and a CCD camera and its calibration method. The systematic measuring model is set up with the coplanar restriction of measured points. As proved by experiment, the model used to deal with complex part of several diameters can enable the simultaneous calculation of all the diameters, even though a single image is involved.This method exhibits such advantages as the freedom of precise clamp to keep the part at a fixed location. Convenient, fast and practical application features the freedom of any specially made lasers.
