摘要
以海泡石为载体、KNO3为促进剂前驱体制备了钌基氨合成催化剂,用FT-IR、XRD和CO2--TPD对催化剂进行了表征,并测定了它们的催化活性。FT-IR、XRD表征结果表明,促进剂前驱体KNO3在氨合成反应条件下完全分解。CO2-TPD表征结果表明,改变促进剂的含量,不但影响到催化剂碱性吸附中心数目,还影响到催化剂碱性吸附中心强度和碱量。随着促进剂KNO3含量的升高,催化剂碱性吸附中心数目由一个增加到二个,且碱强度和碱量均增加。将催化活性与催化剂碱量关联,结果表明存在较好地一致性关系。
Ru/Sep catalysts promoted by potassium nitride were prepared and characterized by various methods.The results of FT-IR and XRD suggest that potassium nitride precursor is decomposed under reaction condition.The results of CO2- TPD shows that the basic adsorption centers,the basic intensity and basic content of catalysts are affected by the content of promoter.The results of ammonia synthesis indicate that the catalytic activity agree well with the basic content of catalysts.
