摘要
采用不锈钢柱(Φ4 6mm×150mm)对生化降解过程的硝化甘油进行高效液相色谱测定,并对实验结果进行了分析,为进一步深入研究提供了一定的指导。
After being separated by stailess steel seperation column, Nitroglycerine producing from the biochemical degradation course is determined by HPLC. This paper analyzed the test result and has offered some guidences for further research.
