摘要
根据NO2-与AY(吖啶黄)的重氮化偶联反应,研究了反应的最佳条件,利用四波长处吸光度加和值与NO2-浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系,建立四波长测定微量NO2-含量的新方法,应用于环境样品的监测,获得了满意的效果,符合环境监测的要求。
The best condition of the reaction between NO2- and Acridine yellow is studied in this paper. A new method using multiwave to determine trace NO2- has been found on the basis of the absorbance sum at four waves submiting linear relation with NO2- concentration in certain rang. This method can be applied to monitor environmental samples with satisfactory results,and it is fit for the envirometal monitoring requestions.
