摘要
通过试验,确定了以煅烧煤矸石、铜渣为硅、铁质原料配料煅烧早强熟料,原料中煅烧煤矸石用量10%—14%,铜渣用量2 8%—3 5%;确定了以锂渣、液汰渣、煅烧煤矸石、锅炉底渣等工业废渣做混和材,成功生产新标准水泥,废渣掺量30%,整个工艺三废综合利用率达37 5%。
In this experiment, silicon and icon as raw material with burden of calcined gangue and cupriferous residue clinker grog refractory. Calcined gangue occupies between 10% with 14% of raw material, cupriferous residue amount to between 28% with 35% of raw material. Mixed material is formed by waste residue of industry, which consists of lithic residue, liquefied residue, calcined gangue and boiler bed residue etc., and successfully produced new standard cement. Waste residue occupies 30% of raw material. Comprehensive utilization ratio of the three wastes is 37.5% in the whole processing.
