摘要
以纳氏试剂光度法测定低含量氨氮为例,从理论上进行推导,并进一步以实验验证,解决了光度法测定中因低浓度样品加标回收实验的显色体积与待测样品的显色体积不等而造成加标回收率无法计算的难题。
It cited a instance which using Nashi reagent photometry determinate lowly-concentrated amino nitrogen water samples. It solves a difficult problem that recovering rate of standard sample is uncalculated for different color volume between lowly concentrated water samples with undetermined samples. Both theory and experiment support this paper.
