摘要
在间接ELISA法检测HCV抗体过程中,当HCV基因工程抗原通过包被过程固相化后,用两种不同的封闭液分别封闭聚苯乙烯微孔酶标板,比较封闭后的酶标板在37℃放置3d和6d后的相对稳定性数据.结果表明:在封闭液中使用胰蛋白胨可显著提高基因工程抗原的稳定性.
When detecting hepatitis C virus (HCV) antibody with indirect ELISA,two kinds of blocking buffer are used to block the polystyrene microwell plates after the HCV genetically engineered antigen is coated to the plates.The data of stability is compared after the blocked plates are placed in 37 ℃ for 3 d and for 6 d.The result shows that the blocking buffer with tryptone obviously improves the stability of the genetically engineered antigen.
