摘要
研究了氯化聚乙烯(CPE)对硬质聚氯乙烯挤出性能的影响.结果表明:在硬质聚氯乙烯挤出成型中,加入CPE可以提高挤出速度,改善制品的冲击强度、表面光泽度等性能,并且填充剂用量也可适当增加.用双螺杆挤出机挤出含有CPE的硬质制品比用单螺杆挤出机更有利于提高产品性能.当w(CPE)=8.7%时可得到综合性能较好的产品.
Effect of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) on rigid polyvinyl chloride (RPVC) extrusion is studied.The results show that,in RPVC extrusion,CPE can not only extrude rapidity,improve the impact strength and surface luster etc,but also increase the filler amount.Extrusion by double screw extruder can more improve property of rigid production containing CPE than by single screw extruder.While the purity of CPE is 8.7%,overall performance of production is better.
