摘要
给出了应用Slab技术来提高系统内核内存的分配效率的方法.该技术通过采用面向对象的缓存分配方法来降低分配时的复杂度,并通过着色机制来提高系统中的高速缓存的命中率和平衡总线的使用.Slab与传统的SVR4内分配器相比,平均分配和释放时间由9 4μs减至3 8μs,碎片总数由46%减少到14%.应用Slab技术捕获IP包,总体效率提高5%.
A method to improve the memory of the kernel in a computer system using the Slab technology is presented.This technology can reduce the complexity in the process of memory allocation by the object caching and it also uses colour-algorithm to increase the shot rate of the high speed cache and bus balance.Compared with the divider of SVR4,the average allocation and acquit time can be reduced from 9.4 μs to 3.8 μs and the number of snippings can be reduced from 46% to 14%.The total rate will be improved by 5% by using Slab to capture IP package.
