摘要
目的 :分析丁香与不同品种、不同比例郁金配伍后对胃肠运动的药理作用。方法 :通过小鼠胃排空实验、家鸽镇吐实验等 ,观察丁香单用及配伍不同品种郁金应用的药理效应 ,同时应用正交试验法分析丁香与不同比例郁金的配伍关系。结果 :桂郁金和绿丝郁金可减弱丁香的药理作用 ,而温郁金及黄丝郁金无此作用。温郁金与丁香以 3∶ 1比例同煎时药理作用最强。结论 :丁香与郁金配伍是否发生相恶关系与郁金的品种有关 。
Objective:The research is to analyze the gastrointestinal pharmacological function of DX cooperated with YJ of different kind and different proportion.Methods:By means of mice gastric emptying and antemetic of pigeon, the pharmacological function of DX single application and cooperated with different kind YJ was observed. Meanwhile we apply orthogonal method to analyze the cooperative relation of DX and different proportion of YJ.Results:Gui-YJ and Lvsi-YJ can decrease the pharmacological effect of DX while Wen-YJ and Huangsi-YJ can't. DX cooperated with Wen-YJ (1∶3) has the strongest pharmacological effect.Conclusion:Whether YJ can decrease the pharmacological effect of DX depends on the kind and proportion of YJ.
