摘要
教师的专业化应该表现为:明确地从事学校教育,拥有专门的职业资格证书;具有深厚扎实的学科知识和教育理论素养;有丰富熟练的教育技术和手段;不断接受培训提高自己,有高度的责任心和事业心。实现专业化的最佳资源在教师自己,教师必须发展自我反思和行动研究的能力。
Teacher's professionalization involves having a qualification certificate as a profession; being acquainted with the subject knowledge and educational theories; having a good command of teaching techniques and skills, and attending all necessary trainings. Since it is almost impossible to receive all formal and longtime trainings in his teaching practice, the best resources to be professionalized is the teacher himself, which requires him to be capable of doing reflective teaching and action research.
