安徽省对外工程承包现状及对策思考

Reflections on the Current Situation and Counter-measures of Foreign Contracted Project in Anhui Province

改革开放以来,安徽省的对外工程承包和劳务合作获得了较快发展,但从横向来讲仍存在发展滞后问题。其原因是多方面的。因此,我们要转变观念,强化管理,加强联合,重视信息化建设和人才培训工作,大力促进安徽省对外承包劳各的发展。

Since the reform and opening up, Anhui has achieved a rapid development in foreign contracted projects and labor service cooperation. But horizontally there are many factors leading to its backward development. Therefore, we should change our concept, enforce the management, strengthen unity, stress the information construction and personnel training so as to promote further development of foreign contracted projects.
