摘要
研究了用水蒸气蒸馏法提取得到的薄荷、青蒿、紫苏、蓝桉、香樟、柑橘、藿香和石菖蒲8种植物精油对云南松纵坑切梢小蠹成虫的驱避活性。室内生物测定结果表明,薄荷油对云南松纵坑切梢小蠹成虫的驱避活性最强,其10倍、40倍和160倍丙酮稀释液对云南松纵坑切梢小蠹成虫的驱避率分别为100%,100%和96.55%;持效期最长,其40倍液处理松梢后24h,48h和72h的驱避率分别为100%,95.51%和84.13%。
The repellent activity of essential oils from eight kinds of plants against Tomicus piniperda were studied in the labrotary . The results indicated that the essential oil from Mentha haplocalyx Briq had the strongest repellent activity and longest repellent time. The method of applies and active components of Mentha haplocalyx Briq should be studied further.
