摘要
雌蛾冷藏处理可以提高雄蚕品种夏sch的产卵总数、良卵数和良卵率,改善其产卵性能;产卵总数最多比对照多90粒,良卵数最多比对照多210粒,良卵率最多比对照提高32%;比较2种方法,交配前冷藏比交配后冷藏效果更好。
Female moths of the Chinese silkworm breed Xiasch were stored at 4～7℃ for 12, 18, 24, 30 or 38 h before or after mating. The results showed that cold storage enhanced the total number of the eggs laid by the treated moths and their good egg number and percentage. In the optimum treatment, total number of eggs, number of good eggs and percentage of good eggs were raised by 90, 210 and 32%, respectively, as compared with the control. Cold storage before mating gave better results than cold storage after mating.
