摘要
在改革开放的历程中,我国的民营企业已取得长足的发展,成为中国经济发展的重要推动力.近年来,民营企业快速稳定地发展,但各地区的发展不均衡.民营企业的发展规模日趋扩大,进入了更多的产业领域.特别是民营科技企业近年来得到高速发展,公司制已成为民营企业的主要组成形式.民营企业在今后的发展中要加强自身的文化建设,培育企业的核心竞争力.在我国加入WTO、经济对外开放的同时,应继续扩大对内开放,为民营企业的发展创造公平的竞争环境,拓展民营企业的融资渠道.要大力扶持优势民营企业,增强其国际竞争力.
In the course of reform and opening of our country,the private enterprises have made great progress,they have been playing the pushing role of the economy.Recently,these corporations have a fast and steady but unequal development.They over expanding and are entering more and more fields.Especially,private enterprises of science and technology develop quicklly.Company system has been the main style of their forming.In future,they must strengthen their cultral construction and develop their core competition.With entering WTO and opening door to foreign market,our economy will go on opening door to domestic market,create equal competitive circumstances,expand financing pattern,and help superior company enhance their international competition.
