摘要
研制了一种新型的再生纤维素薄膜.通过对软木纤维素进行蒸气闪爆预处理,使其在4℃下可完全溶解于特定浓度的NaOH水溶液中,制得新型碱可溶纤维素/NaOH稀溶液体系,然后研究从此溶液体系中再生的纤维素薄膜的结构与形态的变化.从新型碱可溶纤维素/NaOH稀溶液中再生的薄膜具有较好的力学性能,且对环境无污染.
To work out a sort of new regenerated cellulose membrane. A new aqueous alkalisoluble cellulose was obtained by steam explosion treatment, which can be dissolved completely in the aqueous NaOH solution with specific concentration at 4 ℃. The change of structure and morphology of the cellulose membrane regenerated from the new cellulose/NaOH solution was studied. The membrane regenerated from the new cellulose/NaOH solution has better mechanical strength, and the environment pollution can be avoided.
