摘要
在对锆砂/PEPSET树脂自硬砂工艺性能研究的基础上[1],进一步研究了锆自硬砂铸型对铝合金铸件性能的影响.通过在锆砂型和硅砂型中实际浇注462型发动机缸盖并应用计算机采集处理实验数据.实验表明锆砂型对铝合金铸件的凝固过程有较强的冷却作用能够细化组织.应用锆自硬砂铸型浇注铝合金铸件有利于提高铸件的机械性能.
Based on studying the technical properties of zircon sand and PEPSET nobake sand, the effect of zircon nobake sand on properties of aluminium casting is studied. In the zircon and silica nobake sand, the cylinder head of autombile engine 462 was poured and the experiment data was processed by computer. The experimental results have proved that zircon nobake sand is able to well chill aluminium casting in its solidification process, and the spaces between branch crystals are remarkably decreased. The method of pouring aluminium alloy casting with zircon nobake sand can improve the microstructure and properties of casting.
