摘要
本文论述了活塞CAD系统研究和开发的全过程,提出了参数型和交互型相结合的系统开发方案。本文描述了实现活塞零件图计算机绘制的技巧和开发有限元前、后处理模块的方法。本系统对多个实际活塞例子进行验证,结果表明采用本系统来设计活塞不仅速度快,功效高,分折计算全面,而且计算结果直观、图形正确美观。本系统适用于中小功率(缸径75~150mm)柴油机活塞的设计及分析计算,可实现近千种活塞方案的比较,可在PC/XT或VAX-750等计算机上运行。
The paper describes the details of developing a piston computer aided design system for medium and small power diesel engines. The CAD system associating the parameter mode with inter- active mode can create about one thousand piston design schemes. The drawing is generated automat- ically by the computer. The CAD system and results report into unit, therefore, a designer who has no experiment of finite element analysis can operate easily and conversationally. The system can run on PC/XT or VAX-750 computers.
