摘要
利用热电偶测量了不同焊接工艺参数下聚乙烯管道中温度的分布 ,并对焊接过程中温度场的变化规律进行了分析。加热板温度、加热时间及切换时间等对管道中温度的分布有很大影响。在其它工艺参数不变的情况下加热板温度越高 ,加热时间越长 ,则融化层厚度越厚 ,并且冷却到相同温度所需的时间也越长。同时在压焊阶段由于压力的作用被挤出的熔融塑料也越多 ,因而形成的焊接熔环也越大。
Temperature profiles of PE pipes under different technological parameters are measured by thermocouples. And the change law of the temperature field in pipes is analyzed during the course of butt fusion welding. Some factors, such as heated plate temperature, heating time, changeover time and so on, have great effects on temperature distribution in the pipes. On condition that other technological parameters keep unchanged, the higher the heated plate temperature, the longer the heating time, then the deeper the melted layer obtained, the longer the cooling time. At the same time, when the welding pressure is set, the melted resin flows into the inside and outside of the pipe to form larger welding ring.
