低烟阻燃高抗冲聚苯乙烯的研制 被引量:1

摘要 以聚苯乙烯 (PS) 46 6F为基体树脂 ,研究了不同抗冲击改性剂 :类苯乙烯弹性体、ABS、POE和苯乙烯类树脂对PS的增韧效果。结果显示 ,苯乙烯类树脂具有最好的增韧效果 ,当其含量达到 40份时 ,能使PS体系的简支梁缺口冲击强度达到 42 .1kJ/m2 。通过添加高效阻燃复合体系 ,研究了这一体系的低烟阻燃性能。测试结果表明 ,此PS改性料的简支梁缺口冲击强度可达 2 5 .3kJ/m2 ,阻燃性能达到UL94V 0级 ,具有优良的综合性能。 Toughening effects of polyphenyl elastomer, ABS, polyolefin elastomer and styrene resins on PS were studied with PS466F as matrix. Experimental results indicated that styrene resins have the best toughening effect and the notched Charpy impact strength was up to 42.1 kJ/m 2 when its content is 40 phr. Flame retardant and low-smoking properties of the systems with high-efficiency flame retardant system were investigated. Results showed that the Charpy impact strength and flammability of this system obtained in the present work could be up to 25.3 kJ/m 2 and UL94 V-0 respectively.
