摘要
基于Hele Shaw流动模型 ,运用CAE技术 ,模拟了聚合物流变性能及重要工艺参数对顺序共注成型芯层熔体前沿突破过程的影响 ,并用流变学理论揭示其影响机理。
On the basis of general Hele-Shaw model, the simulation of the effect of polymer rheological behavior and several important molding process parameters on breakthrough of core melt front of sequential co-injection molding process was implemented by means of CAE technique. And the mechanism of the effect of polymer rheological bchavior was disclosed on the basis of rheological theory.
