摘要
报道了 14族 31属 5 0种拟步甲科昆虫的腹部防御腺体 ,其中 13族 2 0属 32种是世界首次报道 .根据每种贮液囊着生位置、形状、长度、宽度、囊袋间距和腺体的表面花纹等特征 ,逐级归纳出属级、族级和科级阶元特征 ,据此编制出较为系统的中国拟步甲科防御腺分属检索表 ;使用系统学分类研究软件初步确定了拟步甲科 14族的系统发育关系 ,得出其族级进化趋势为栉甲族Omophlini >伪叶甲族Lagriini >隐甲族Crypticini>扁足甲族Pedinini>刺甲族Platyscilidini>拟粉甲族Triboliini >树甲族Strongyliini >轴甲族Cnodalonini>垫甲族Heterotarsini>烁甲族Amerygmiini>粉菌甲族Alphitophagini>谷甲族Ulomini >土甲族Opatrini>琵甲族Blaptini.附图
This paper deals with the phylogenetic systematics of 50 species of the darkling beetles (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae) belonging to 14 tribi and 31 genera from China based on defensive glands structures. Among of them 32 species are first time reported in the world.We summarized the characteristics of the glands at the tribi level according to position, shape, length, width, distance between the two glands and surface fingerprint whorl, and used this information to compile a key to the tribi. The phylogenetic relationship of the 14 tribi was established using the systematic software. The result shows the evolutionary route should be as follows: Omophlini> Lagriini> Crypticini> Pedinini> Platyscilidini> Triboliini> Strongyliini> Cnodalonini> Heterotarsini> Amerygmiini> Alphitophagini> Ulomini> Opatrini> Blaptini. All specimens are deposited in the Museum of Hebei University.
