AK-Ⅲ型CO_2水玻璃砂溃散剂的研究及应用

Study on Collapsing Agent AK-Ⅲ of CO_2 Water-glass Sand and Its Application

本文研究了AK-Ⅲ型溃散剂对水玻璃砂性能的影响及其改善溃散性机理。试验和生产应用表明,AK-Ⅲ型溃散剂来源广、价格低、无公害;wg-AK-Ⅲ型水玻璃砂既满足常温工艺性能要求,又改善了溃散性,在铸钢件生产中大大提高了清砂效率,CO_2用量比普通水玻璃砂节省1/2～1/3。

This paper discusses the influence of collapsing agent AK-Ⅲ on the performance of water glass sand and the mechanism of improving collapsibility. Test and use in production show the collapsing agent AK-Ⅲ is featrued by advantages such as rich material source, cheap price and small environmental pollution. The wg-AK-Ⅲ water-glass sand can not only satisfy the needs of perfor-mance under room temperature, but also improve the collapsibility and raise greatly cleaning efficiency in steel casting production. Amount of CO_2 in it can be reduced by 1/3～1/2 as compared with the ordinary water-glass sand.
