摘要
首先对既有建筑物的承载力、刚度分布特征及其它因素进行分析,利用模糊数学方法评判其对地基不均匀沉降的敏感程度;继而对基坑工程特点及相关因素进行分析,模糊评判基坑工程对邻近建筑物的影响程度。从而为深基坑工程的支护方案及设计条件和要求提供宏观指导,避免对周围环境造成不利影响,减少损失,降低造价。
In the paper, the senstive degree of existing buildings is firstly evaluated by the method of Fuzzy Maths, with the analysis of the bearing capacity, stiffness character and other factors of theirs. So is the disturbance degree of the excavation to the vicinal buildings. The macroguidance is provided on the retaining plan, designing condition and requirment, in order to avoid disturbing the surroundings and lower the cost of foundation pit projects.
