摘要
本文介绍了适合焊接新研制出的1200℃炉用耐热钢ZG3Cr_(31)Ni_(11)的一种专用焊条。通过试验给出了比较合理的焊芯和药皮成份。该焊条具有良好的焊接工艺性能,焊缝金属的化学成份、金相组织及力学性能均能满足要求。
A specific coated-electrode is developed for the new heat-resisting steel (ZG3Cr_(31)Ni_(11) N) in this paper. The composition of electrode bar and electrode coating are given out experimentally. The coated-electrode is characterized by good properties of welding technology. The chemical composition、microstructure and mechanical properties are all satisfied.
