摘要
通过将特定的分子标记数量化,运用多元回归的方法对有互作的基因控制的性状进行了研究,结果认为:此方法可以对有互作的显性基因的相对作用进行很好的估测,为基因的诠释提供方法,并可能会被运用到动物育种、生理、病理、发育分子生物学等领域.
The quantitative trait controlled by the interaction genes is researched by the method of multiple regression. The result shows that this method can estimate the gene's relative effect efficiently, present a method and theory basis for translating gene code to quantitative trait, and can probably be used to the fields of animal breeding, physiology, pathology and molecular biology, etc.
