摘要
对产胞外超氧化物歧化酶的14株菌株进行筛选,其中9251菌株产酶活性最高,为绿色木霉(Trichodermaviride).对Trichodermaviride9251的发酵工艺进行了优化,在优化的培养条件下,发酵液产酶活性达85U/mL.同时,还考察了金属离子对9251菌株产酶活性的影响.
A ectocrine superoxide dismutase (SOD) highproducing fungal (designated Trichoderma viride 9251)was obtained from 14 strains. The content of SOD reached 85 U/mL by optimize the fermentation condition of Trichoderma viride 9251 .The effects of metal ions were also observed .
