摘要
本文给出了一个多冲疲劳裂纹长度α和冲击周次N的拟合方程:N=N_全-C'(W-α)~n',由此方程可外推出裂纹萌生期N_0和计算裂纹扩展速率,并且推导了标准三点弯曲试样裂纹尖端应力场强度因子K_1冲击能量A的表达式。这些结果为深入研究多冲疲劳提供了新的试验方法和数据处理方法。
The relationship between crack lensths a and cycles N in impact fatigue can be expressed in the form of an equation: N=N_A—C′ (W—a)^(n′), and crack initiation lives can be calculated according to this equation. The formula of stress intensity factor K_l and impact energy A is established. Thus the paper provides the method of data processing and test for further research on impact fatigue.
