摘要
三相分离器的设计是厌氧颗粒污泥膨胀床(EGSB)反应器成功运行的关键。通过对三相分离器的工作原理与设计要求的分析,运用流体力学理论,在VanDerMer等人提出的上流式反应器废水厌氧生物处理数学描述的基础上,建立了一种改进结构三相分离器的设计数学模型,可以求得三相分离器的最佳结构尺寸。此设计在工程中得到了应用验证。
The design of the three-phase separator is the key to the successful running of an anaerobic granular-sludge expanded-bed(EGSB)reactor.A design mathematical model of three-phase separator of modified structure is established through analyzing the work principle of and design requirement for three-phase separator and by applying the theory of hydrodynamics on the basis of the mathematical description brought forward by Van Der Mer and others on upflow-reactor anaerobic biological treatment of wastewater,with which optimum structural dimensions of three-phase separators can be obtained.This design has been used and proven in engineering.
