栀子提取液治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效及其对髓过氧化物酶的影响

Effect of gardenia jasminoides ellis extract on myeloperoxidase in severe acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨急性胰腺炎时血清和组织髓过氧化物酶的变化以及栀子提取液对其的影响。方法:SD大鼠造模后给予不同药物治疗,24h后采血测定淀粉酶、血清和组织髓过氧化物酶分组比较。结果:急性胰腺炎时血淀粉酶、血清和组织髓过氧化物酶水平均显著升高,用栀子提取液后其水平降低。结论:急性胰腺炎时,栀子提取液能够降低血清和组织髓过氧化物酶水平,提示其对急性胰腺炎有治疗作用。

Objective: To investigate the changes of serum and tissue myeloperoxidase in SAP and the effect of gardeni-a jasminoides ellis extract on them. Methods: SAP models were prepared in rats and different medicaments were given to treat them. Serum amylase and myeloproxidase were determined after blood and tissue sampling and compard group by group.Results:In the course of SAP, serum and tissue amylase and myeloperoxidase elevated obviously. Gardenia jasminoides ellis could reduced the levels of them. Conclusion: Gardenia jasminoides ellis extract can reduced the level of myeloperoxidase, and posses curative effect for SAP.
