摘要
主要研究对象是电子商务中的用户行为。首先分析了电子商务中的顾客行为,从中提取最有效表达用户的有效特征集,包括条件特征与决策特征,然后利用了粗糙集的方法进行分析,提取用户的行为特征和交易结果之间的规则。这种规则反映了用户的某种偏好与兴趣。实例分析结果证明,该方法比较切实可行。
This paper concentrates the study on customers' behaviors and rule extraction in e-commerce.Firstly,the paper analyses the characteristics of customers and finds out the most effective characteristic sets including precondition and decision ones,which represent customers' behaviors,then extracts the rules between them based on rough set theory.The example has shown that the new method is practical in some degree.
