Implementation of H.263Video Encoder Based on TM1300

为了实现实时甚低比特率视频编码器,提出了基于TM1300实现的H.263编码器算法改进和优化的关键方法,总结出TM1300上优化改进算法的一些方法和经验,并由此实现了实时的H.263编码器,达到了较好的效果。

To implement the real time H.263video encoder,this paper provides some key methods of video encoder based on TM1300to improve the algorithm and optimize the program.Then it summarizes some technologies and experience on TM1300.By these methods,H.263video encoder satisfies the need of real time encoding and obtains a good result.
