摘要
张力样条插值函数在给定区间上分段逼近真值。该文提出以张力样条插值函数挖掘土地知识。首先,分析了土地的均质地域、样点、价格等空间属性,总结了量化属性作用的规则。其次,把张力样条插值函数引入空间数据挖掘,给出了应用其发现知识的方法。最后,文章提出的方法被应用于南宁市的地价挖掘。
Tension spline interpolation function maintains smoothness on a given interval,and it approaches a true function subinterval by subinterval.In this paper,the tension spline interpolation function is proposed to discover land attributes based knowledge from spatial databases for spatial data mining.First,the basic method of the tension spline interpolation function is briefed,which is introduced into spatial data mining completely.Second,such land spatial attributes as land region composed of several neighboring land parcels with the same or similar characteristics,land samples,land price and so on are analyzed or extended.Then a series of quantitative rules on their influential factors are given.Third,a new DAHP is put forward to select the influential factors and determine their weights,which takes advantages of both Delphi method and analytical hierarchy process.Finally,as a case study,the proposed method is applied to mine land price for Nanning City in China.The case study shows that the proposed method is a practical and satisfactory one.
