摘要 降低工业生产过程中污染物的排放,是实现清洁生产即可持续发展的基本需要.化石燃料的直接燃烧是气态污染物(NOX、SO2、CO2)和可吸入细颗粒物等污染物的主要排放源.本文对使用氨(NH3)脱除烟气中气态污染物的技术进行了分析和总结,并对其应用于脱除燃煤电站锅炉烟气中气态污染物的前景进行了分析和预测.使用氨洗涤法洗涤净化烟气所得副产品可用于农业生产,或气体回收利用,进而可以实现能源生产过程污染物的近零排放. The clean production is the essential requirements to the sustainable development. The combustion of fossil fuel is the main emission source of fine organic and inorganic particulates (FIP), volatile organic compounds (VOC) and gas pollutants such as NOX?SO2 and CO2. The techniques to reduce these gases by ammonia are reviewed and analyzed in this paper. Also, the authors present the predications for the emission reduction of pollutant gas from the flue gas in the coal_fired plant (CFP), and conclude that the methods by ammonia injection or scrubbing are effective to control the pollutant gas emissions. The byproducts from the process are useful for agricultural usage or for gas recovery, and then the near zero emission will be achieved in the power generation process.
