摘要
在竞争性电力市场中,属于同一发电厂商的发电机组可以通过一定的合作获得更佳的发电收益。对参与合作的机组在合作中的贡献作定量分析,合理分配所得利润,将对发电厂商的成本核算及远景发展规划有重要的意义。本文从多方合作效益分配的角度出发,通过建立相应的分配模型,对发电厂商内部的合作效益分配问题进行了初步的探讨。由于电网输电阻塞的存在是促成发电机组间进行合作的常见原因,因此本文着重讨论这种情况下的效益分配问题。得出的结论对发电机组间的合作策略和效益分配具有一定的指导意义。
The independent electricity suppliers belong to the same company would gain more benefit by cooperation in the competitive power market. A rational benefit allocation and quantitative analysis are meaningful for cost accounting and future planning of the company. Multiple suppliers cooperation in power market is discussed in this paper in terms of a corresponding mathematical model. As the transmission congestion is the main cause for cooperation, the model focuses on transmission congestion. The conclusion derived from this paper is useful to electricity suppliers for bidding strategy and benefit allocation.
