摘要
在(25±1)℃、75%±5%RH条件下,利用连续通气熏蒸仪器测定了嗜虫书虱敏感的参考品系QLe-3和PH3抗性品系GLZLe-1在不同的恒定PH3浓度下的种群灭绝时间(timetopopulationextinction,简称TPE),在50、100、200、400和700mL/m3的浓度下,参考品系QLe-3的TPE分别为6、4、3、2、2d.由于50mL/m3对GLZLe-1品系为无效浓度,无法测得TPE,除此之外GLZLe-1的TPE分别为13、10、7、6d.恒定的PH3浓度和TPE之间的关系可用Cn·t=k式表示,参考品系QLe-3的关系式为C0.44·TPE=42.05(mg/L)n·h,抗性品系GLZLe-1为C0.41·TPE=138.55(mg/L)n·h.两品系的卵对PH3的耐药性都强于成虫和若虫.上述结果表明,采用PH3熏蒸防治抗性储粮书虱的实践中,推荐的最低有效浓度应为100mL/m3,熏蒸时间大于13d.
Mixed age cultures of susceptible and resistant Liposcelis entomophila (Enderlein) were exposed to fixed phosphine concentrations for varying exposure periods using a continuous flow application of phosphine mixed with air at 25℃,75%RH. Times to population extinction were 6, 4, 3, 2, 2d at 50 mL/m3,100 mL/m3,200 mL/m3,400 mL/m3 and 700 mL/m3 of phosphine respectively, for susceptible QLe-3 strain. And for resistant GLZLe-1 strain, times to population extinction occurred at 13, 10, 7, 6d at 100 mL/m3, 200 mL/m3, 400 mL/m3 and 700 mL/m3 of phosphine respectively.The eggs of both strains were more tolerant to phosphine than adults and nymphs.The relationship between phosphine concentration and time to population extinction could be described by an equation of the form of Cn·t=k.The equation of GLZLe-1 is C0.41TPE=138.55(mg/L)n·h and that of QLe-3 is C0.44TPE=42.05 (mg/L)n·h.
