摘要
以高粘流体黄原胶溶液为实验介质,分别在光滑管、螺纹管、GK管和SMK管中,进行了强化传热的实验研究.结果表明:与光滑管相比,GK管和SMK管有较大阻力,但它们的传热强化因子可达到3以上;螺纹管的性能则介于光滑管与GK管的性能之间.GK管是用于高粘流体换热的较佳方式.
Using high viscosity fluid of Xanthan gum solution as experimental material, heat transfer enhancement experiments were respectively made in smooth tube, helix tube, GK tube and SMK tube. The result showed that the heat transfer intensifier of GK tube and SMK tube was over three, even though they had bigger resistance, comparing enhanced tube with smooth tube. The character of helix tube was between smooth tube and GK tube. GK tube was fitter for heat transfer of high viscosity fluid.
