摘要
论述了西北五省区环境脆弱的地质背景 ,提出了该地区矿业可持续发展问题时要考虑的要点、对策建议及有关的环境保护举措。
On the basis of disserting geological background of the vulnerable environment in Northwest China, the essay points out some key points, countermeasures about the problems of the mine sustainable development. At last, several cases of the environmental conservation are given.
