The operating tactics of mineral cities

矿业城市是国家长期投入的结果 ,也是重要的国有资产 ,在经济和社会发展中具有重要的地位和作用。城市经营理念的提出是市场经济和经济全球化背景下城市发展的必然 ,利用城市经营理念建设经营好矿业城市 ,将成为加快矿业城市发展的重要途径。本文针对矿业城市的特殊性 ,探讨了矿业城市在城市规划、建设、管理和树立城市品牌方面的经营策略。

Mineral cities, which are important national assets with sustaining state investments, have important status and function in national economical and social development. The city-operating-conception was put forward as an inevitable result of city development in the market economy and economic globalization background. Using this conception to operate mineral cities will accelerate their developing pace. According to the particularity of mineral cities, the operating tactics, which comprise the planning, constructing, management of mineral cities and the city-brand's building up, are discussed in this paper.
