The Relationship Between Free Trade and Environment ——Seen from the″Northern and Southern″Perspective

从发展中国家和发达国家“南北”两个视角阐述自由贸易对环境的影响,分析“南北”贸易模式可能造成向发展中国家的“环境成本转移”,得出发展中国家现有贸易结构会产生“专业化陷阱”,导致其经济的不可持续;并从环境的可持续发展对改善和提升发展中国家的贸易结构提出一些建议。

The article respectively analyzes the impact of free trade on environment from the″Northern and Southern″perspective.More emphasis is put on that the trade model between the″North and South″maybe creates″the shift of environmental cost″.Moreover the trade structure of developing country leads to″specialization trap″and therefore affects the sustainable development.In the end,some suggestions are given from the environmental protection to improve the trade structure.
