Preparation and Application of ELISA Kit for Detecting Varicella-Zoster Virus IgG

目的 研制水痘IgG(VZV-IgG)酶联检测试剂盒。方法 将VZV接种二倍体细胞,收获病毒,经纯化后用作包被抗原;辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记羊抗人IgG制备酶联检测试剂盒并进行质量检定。结果 VZV-IgG酶联检测试剂盒敏感度与膜抗原荧光抗体法(FAMA)近似。结论 成功地制备了VZV-IgG酶联检测试剂盒。

Objective To prepare ELISA kit for detecting varicella-zoster vims (VZV) IgG. Methods Inoculate VZV into diploid cells, harvest virus, purify and use as coating antigen. Label sheep anti-human IgG with HRP. The prepared kit was tested. Results TTie sensitivity of the ELISA kit was similar to that of fluorescent antibody to membrane antigen ( FAMA). Conclusion An ELISA kit for detecting VZV-IgG was successfully prepared.
