摘要
针对变压器可靠性数据相对缺乏的特点 ,提出了一种依据设备基本部件的维修信息 ,运用 Monte- Carlo算法和故障树原理 ,根据任务可靠度来确定维修周期的仿真算法。这种依据局部维修信息来决策维修周期的方法适应设备的状态维修方式 ,是维修周期的决策的一种有效方法。
The problem of selecting a suitable maintenance period is vital for preventive maintenance (PM) of power transformer. Considering the fact that transformer is void of reliability data, a simulation method used for making decision of maintenance period is presented in this paper. Maintenance period is determined by system mission reliability, based on the maintenance information from components of transformer, with the help of Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). The simulation, based on information from components but not the overall system, is suitable for Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), which provides the maintenance crew an effective tool for decision.
